I do cooking courses with Jodi and of Grain-Free Gourmet. Jodi has UC and

back standard food for two weeks of the year when on holiday. and I have

celiac and

are not healed. We depend upon SCD to keep us healthy and comfortable and only

occasionally have a non SCD food. Neither of us ever eat breads, rice or pasta.
