Ok, I think this is everyone who has said that they are interested in

doing whatever level of exercise they feel they can do, and some are

already doing it:

If I have missed anyone, please let me know! I am going to commit to

walking 4 times a week. My level of pred. has been so high and I've

been so weak, that this feels like a big commitment.

Please let me know what kind of encouragement, or accountability you

all want. I'd like to be able to check in every few days about how

I'm doing, and if I don't mention it, feel free to ask!

, I'm going to commit to riding my stationary bike and trying to walk

if the weather is nice. Even if it is only laps around the pool. I will

start slow in the bike and work up. This is wonderful. We can all give

reports on what we started at and see how much we improve over time. Thanks

again for motivating us.
