I am going to commit to walking 4 times a week. My level of pred. has been so high and I've been so weak, that this feels like a big commitment. Please let me know what kind of encouragement, or accountability you all want. I'd like to be able to check in every few days about how I'm doing, and if I don't mention it, feel free to ask! Thanks! Even if it is only laps around the pool. I will start slow in the bike and work up. This is wonderful. We can all give reports on what we started at and see how much we improve over time.
