I have no idea, but for some reason that

makes me soooooooooooooooooooo mad. How ignorant can they be. Yes you are

definately morbidly obese and I would either call or e-mail barbara or

Debbie(is she back yet)? I don't know if they are still helping out with

insurance? But, I am Sure they would tell you what to do. I now realize why I

was self-pay, Because if I had to put up with all the Crap from these

insurance companies, I would have never had an MGB, unless Dr.R performs them

in Jail?? I am super easy going, but, when I get mad................ LOOK

OUTTTTTTTTTTTT!! Oh and besides this is my first time I ever had PMS without
