some new questions for y'all

Hello all,

I am so new at this,so PLEASE bare with me.

Have any of you ''self paid'' for the MGB ??? And if

so, what was the grand damage?? Also, how long does

it take for new patients to get their first

appointment with Dr R.? LASTLY, does anyone know of

an Insurance Co. that covers the MGB without all the

dramatics ??????? I am a military spouse that

desperatly needs the MGB, and am forced to seek out

health ins. other than Tricare Prime. I kindly thank

any respondees.
