Guest guest
I just don't know what to do. About a week ago I brought my daughter to the peditrician because she developed a very dry deep cough over night. He said it is bronchitis. He gave her antibiotics and increased her albuterol treatments to 4 times a day instead of 2. I called her cf clinic just to see if there was anything else we should do(this is the first time she has had any lung problems) they just said to change to a diffrent kind of antibiotics and do chest pt 3 times a day instead of 2. She is not done the medicine yet, but the cough seems worse. Is this normal? She seems to feel better but her cough just sound horrible. I just feel like I may be letting her get more sick, or am I just being paranoid and over protective. I brought her back to the ped. for a recheck and he was no help. He just said well she looks better (obvisously). And he listened to her chest and said it sounds harsh and to keep doing the albuterol 4 times a day. I would appreciate any advice or anything. I guess I am just nervous. thanks Theresa mom to Madeline 10 months wcf
