Guest guest Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 1/2 C raisina 1 1/4 C pecans or walnuts 1 C unswettened shredded coconut* 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 Tablespoon soft butter 2 Tablespoons honey Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth, but still with a little texture. Form dough into balls, place on a buttered cookie sheet, and gently flatten. Bake at 300 F for 10 min. or until done. *Available at most health food stores. I am going to give these a try right now.
