Two of the biggest are iron deficiency and B12, B6 and folic deficiency. The problem is B vitamins can not be taken alone. They all need each other. BTVC will tell you what kind of B vitamin complex to buy. As for the iron...Elaine didn't want us to supplement with it, it can cause the gut many problems. She suggested that we use iron rich foods instead like liver. We personally only trust range or organic organ meats. Review chapters 9 and 10 and practice SCD and watch him heal back into the little boy who had energy!
