I guess I was wondering if others, who've had lots of success with SCD, still struggle with bad gut bugs, or whether SCD (with yogurt, etc., etc.) alone is enough to keep those in check. I can't really do yogurt, due to severe sensitivities to any dairy items. Have others (with or without yogurt) been able to get clean OATS/CDSA test results by doing SCD? Isn't getting rid of bad bacterial dysbiosis in the gut the whole point, or the goal, of doing SCD?
