Guest guest
Cleansing Suggestions: Recipes & Vitamins Mucus Cleanse: Wiley's Grape Juice - Take 6 oz. glass every hour, having a 6 oz. glass of water in between. Continue this for 3 days for best results. This will clean mucus from the lungs, stomach, intestinal tract and bowels. It is high in vitamins and will also flush out the kidneys. Try eating, broth soups for body heat, a small romaine lettuce salad with pure, cold pressed, virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing. You be a good judge of what you should have, actually with the juice and water you will not be too hungry. When returning to regular food, start with soup, salad and steamed vegetables. Then add some brown rice. Work your way back taking 3 days to return to normal.
