Guest guest
To Dear , thanks so much for your concern and answer. It is so important for me to get this information, you seem to be having experienced it yourself and really got a great knowledge of the psycological aspects. I have tried to take all the different opinions and statements under consideration and seen a psyciatrist and a psycotherapist (have an appointment with her tommorrow for the 2nd time, will continue) they have both said that my attacks as described and as described cannot be referred to strictly panic or stressrelated but of course the psycological affect when beeing hit by these very unpleasant symptoms triggs my body and thats where I have to try to help my body not to exceed and make it worse. Well just like your mail says. I have saved your mail so that I can discuss it tomorrow, there where so many important ideas, statements for me to think of and a good ground and base for a talk with the psycotherapist. Did you hear of a method where you hold a thermometer in your hand and let it get to 35.5-36.0 C and then keep it there for 10 minutes, your breathing will get very regular and calm. Strange, I have tried it and you consentrate on the body temp and breathing, a bit of painrelief and cooling down. All the best and hope to able to share some positive information to you as well one of those days. All the best from a grey sky in Stockholm and Sonja
