Guest guest
Hi Blair, My internet service was out yesterday - talk about withdrawal! So, back on line today. If you can, stay in Durham for the week. I don't know where you're travelling back to, but I was glad I had a week under my belt before travelling back to Texas. Not because I was in pain or anything it was just nice to have more energy to travel. Most importantly, I wanted to be near Dr. R in case something went wrong. My energy level was pretty low for the 1st week, although I felt good. It's possible the over-dosing on Carafate may have caused some drowsiness (I was taking 8 TBS a day not 8 TSP a day - major DUH!). Remember to get enough fluids in during the day - that always perked me back up. If you think your blood pressure is down, try salty soups like Chicken Noodle - don't eat the noodles or chicken yet, though. Can't wait to talk with you today.
