Guest guest
Hi everyone: I'm back on the intro to combat C that isn't resolving. Also, I've cheated a lot, so I thought I'd start fresh. I've had a hard time staying intro 100% legal for 48 hours, and I'm paying the price. Didn't go for about 4 days, then on the morning of day 4, some D leaked through, then I passed a baseball-sized BM (well it felt like it anyway LOL), and the floodgates opened, liquid, D... Yesterday, I was making pate on rice cakes for the kids and couldn't resist licking the knife, and had a section of an orange. Everything came out undigested this morning, preceeded by some mucous. I know this won't work now until I am absolutely 100% fanatically SCD legal (even SCD legal but not intro foods cause problems, like nut butters). So I'm only drinking sparkling water (can't get my hands on 100% fruit juice), roasted chicken, chicken broth and the cheesecake. This morning I was hungry: I didn't have time to bake another cheesecake, and not enough to make a full recipe, so I put the following in a blender and ate it with a spoon. It was so decadent, smoothe and creamy and delicious. Theresa's Cheesecake Pudding: 1 cup DCCC (dry curd cottage cheese) 2 eggs 1/4 cup SCD yogurt (I used yogurt made with cereal cream) 2 tbsp honey or saccharine tablets (I used 5 Hermesetas) to taste. 1 tsp SCD-legal vanilla Whip it in a blender until the DCCC is smoothe. Enjoy! This would probably freeze into a nice ice cream too. You don't need to worry about eating raw eggs, I do it every day. Mercola has an article about it. I made mine without the vanilla as I don't trust that the brand I have is SCD legal so I'm going to make home-made vanilla with vanilla pods and vodka.
