Organika Acidophilus Supplement Legal?

Hi:

I have checked the files and not found this. It is a supplement with

acidophilus (no other bacteria) grown on a base of apple pectin.

Assuming there is only a little bit of apple pectin left (and pectin is

found in the apples we are allowed to eat), would this be legal?

I'm thinking of using this as a backup on days where I run out of

yogurt or forget to bring it with me if I'm away. I might even try

using it to make a batch of yogurt.

Thanks. Theresa (in Vancouver, Canada)
