Yes, It is my understanding that one can comply to SCdiet and not eat nuts or nut flours....and even cut out honey if they wished too. When things become a concern, is when others suggest adding things to the SCD TM diet, that can hurt the integrity of this diet, such as illegal supplements and some treatments. Heck some are successful at doing SCD diary/yogurt free! Hope this helps, it can be confusing if you are new. Sorry for all the confusion.
