Guest guest
Carbs are basically what turns into sugar.......Net carbs are how the carbs effect the blood glucose levels. When companies are determining net carbs, they deduct fiber, and sugar alcohols, however, they still turn into sugar in the body. Be careful....don't get too caught up in net carbs...Carbs are carbs....if there is a net carb, then there is a gross carb too Mindi 277/165/130 Lap RNY 6/26/
