IT WILL COME OFF. MY DOC SAID THE ONES WHO LOSE SLOWER HAVE AN EASIER TIME

KEEPING IT OFF, SO THERES A PLUS SIDE. YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE BIG LOSSES STILL

TO COME WHERE IT COMES OFF FASTER.

I went to my 3mos check up with my surgeon ,And I am down only 38

Lbs by my scale it was 40lbs.I know a girl who had surgery the same

day as me and she is down 69lbs I swear I kive by the rules I

exercise drink plenty of water and protein is always first.I eat a

very low carb diet.I started off at 304 & now I am 266.I just hope

that I will do better before the honeymoon is over sorry for

rammbling on I hope al are well.I forgot to tell you the good news

is that my health is excellent all my labs came back prefect.I am

off all Meds So I am happy in that regard just a little bumed about

my lose .Thank you for letting me vent.Wasia
