Guest guest
My insurance company denied this procedure for me at every single level leaving my last hope to be in the hands of the state of Michigan. I got the best new on March 3rd that the State of Michigan had ruled to reverse BCN's denial. What happens next is horrible. After I got the great news I immediately called BCN to advise what I needed to do next. I was advised that I should go ahead and schedule my surgery and they would just reactivate my file. The day was to be March 25th. On Friday, BCN rep. called me at work to inform me that they would be appealing the reversal by the State of Michigan. The good new is that because the insurance co. is appealing the states decision their lawyers are going to represent me in the Circuit Court case. Has anyone else experienced this.
