A good friend of mine applied for thigh reconstruction and was denied.

I wrote an appeal letter for her and the insurance company reversed

their denial in 45 minutes (I know this because I was with her when we

spoke to the insurance company and we were still together 45 minutes

later when they called her back to approve her). If you like, write me

privately and I will send you a copy of her appeal letter. It's funny

as anything you've ever read, but it did the trick for her...
