Amber,If you are having brisk D just now, I would wonder if you could absorb a calcium supplement very well. Almonds (as in almond butter as well) is very high in calcium. You might consider putting a bit of almond butter it in a cooked fruit smoothie if you think you could tolerate it.Remember that if you do have brisk D, to avoid eggs. " NOW " brand makes a calcium citrate powder that can be mixed in liquids. It has

no other additives. This may help too.

I use SCD Calcium Complete by Freeda. They also make a SCD Multi

Vitamin (without iron). I purchase both from Lucy’s Kitchen Shop. I

imagine they are available from other vendors as well.
