Gettin Back on Track

A few weeks back I had wrote on here that Im needing help to get

back on track. First of all I want to say thanks to the people that

did write to my email and mention some things that people have tried.

But im on the road again, I had recently bought 7 keys to weight

loss from Dr Phil and omg what a book! It shows what im doing and

what I need to do. It has taught me why I needed to have GBS and that

I need to keep going for myself.

So I have gone back to the gym and working out 2x a week for now.

An im eating the way that im suppose too yes using this tool.
