Raman Prasad's Pizza Crust Recipe

From the cookbook ‘Recipes for the SCD’

Thin  Crust Pizza

Crust

1 Tbls. + 1 tsp. oil, divided (I use olive oil)

2 cups almond flour

2 eggs

½ cup DCCC (or use dripped yogurt)

¼ tsp. salt

Topping

2 cups (SCD legal) tomato sauce

1 tsp. oregano

¼ to ¾ cups grated cheddar cheese (I’ve used parm,

havarti,etc.)

Preheat oven to 350* F

Grease a 9” x 13” baking dish or pizza pan with

the tsp. of oil (I oil the parchment paper lined pan for easy cleanup)

To make the crust: In a bowl mix all ingredients, roll into

a ball, and pat down into a thin layer on the pizza pan.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and add toppings. Place pan back in the oven and bake for 5

minutes or until cheese is melted.
