The Adkins Shakes are only 170 calories, they have 9 grams of fat and 1 gram

of sugar. My

Dr. said that we can not have sugar. I am 190 lbs. and 1 of those drinks I

can not even finish. That and a piece of fruit or salad should fill you up. My

Dr. said eat protein.

Hi! I am 44 years of age and I had a gastric by-pass in 1995.

There wasn't a whole lot of information out then so I was not

instructed on a continued life style. I was 315 lbs. and got do to

148. Today I am 190 and I can't seem to get back on track. I still

can only take in a little bit of food (solids) but I frequently. I

feel hungry all the time and tend to eat until I am miserable.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can gain control to lose

weight without feeling deprived? Help!!!! I don't want to go back

and I presently have no health insurance. Where can I obtain

further information that would be helpful. Please share!
