B12, iron and calcium

The rule I follow is 2 hours between iron and calcium.

And no, don't swallow your B12 subs. THe reason we need to take subs is that we

don't have intrinsic factor, which is needed to absorb B12 in our stomachs. It

needs to be absorbed in the mouth (sublingually).

Does anyone know the answer to this question? If you take an iron

pill

and want to take some calcium pills how long do you have to wait in

between the

iron pills and calcium pills? is it an hour or 2 or 3? Also can you

swallow

sublingual b-12 or do you have to put it under yopur tongue? Help!
