Guest guest
The rule I follow is 2 hours between iron and calcium. And no, don't swallow your B12 subs. THe reason we need to take subs is that we don't have intrinsic factor, which is needed to absorb B12 in our stomachs. It needs to be absorbed in the mouth (sublingually). << From: bogie3263@... Subject: (no subject) Dear Group, Does anyone know the answer to this question? If you take an iron pill and want to take some calcium pills how long do you have to wait in between the iron pills and calcium pills? is it an hour or 2 or 3? Also can you swallow sublingual b-12 or do you have to put it under yopur tongue? Help! Ann M. lap/rny 242/135 Hawkridge in Washington State.
