Guest guest
Dear , Sorry I didn't answer sooner... I was off this weekend for my birthday (I turned 50 yesterday). The Vitamin E is not powdered, it's Dry Vitamin E (it comes in capsule form, about as big as your calcium tablets). I order mine through puritanspride.com and I get the 400 i.u. Dry Vitamin E. I wait for their buy one, get two free sale (which I think is going on right now). I get practically all of my vitamins and minerals there. live each day like it's your last... love like you've never been hurt...
