Sorry I didn't answer sooner... I was off this weekend for my birthday

(I turned 50 yesterday). The Vitamin E is not powdered, it's Dry

Vitamin E (it comes in capsule form, about as big as your calcium

tablets). I order mine through puritanspride.com and I get the 400 i.u.

Dry Vitamin E. I wait for their buy one, get two free sale (which I

think is going on right now). I get practically all of my vitamins and

minerals there.
