Guest guest
It just didn't kick in right after I stopped the steroids. I was being all patient and letting it work slowly since I suspected it might take a while for the steroids to clear and for my immune system to switch over, but I got lots of small setbacks I had to work through and feeling tired a lot and I eventually realized, no endorphin boost, so I finally put two and two together that since it wasn't working right, the problem might be yeast, since yeast blocks LDN. (Not to mention my mental block since I was resisting coming to that conclusion.) And then I discovered that people get heightened yeast after steroids. But the yeast elimination diet is helping a lot. I'm definitely feeling the LDN working, at least to some extent, now. Mara > How do you know the LDN isn't working anymore?
