Guest guest
Oh I've made them several times in the oven - don't have a dehydrator. I just think it is cool it has caught on so much that they are selling them now and they are availablefor purchase, even though they seem way over priced. Though I'm not sure how I would do cashew version - so if you have tips there - please share. I do a lemon-cumin-garlic-olive oil version. Or sometimes a version with mustard, like a dijon salad dressing. Mara > If you have a dehydrator, they're suuuuper easy to make. And they do taste great. My brother is not a very healthy eater but he requested the recipe after I made him try them. I've done the cashew " cheeze " version, a no nut version, a pesto version and my brother tried out an onion/green pepper one. It's very versatile. The only problem is that they disappear very quickly! > Stacey > > >> >> This is cool, legal kale chips, now a Brooklyn enterprise: >> >> The Way the Kale Chip Crumbles >> An accidental snack-food success story. >> >> >> >> Read more: Amy Hamberry on Her Kale Chip Business in Brooklyn -- New York Magazine http://nymag.com/restaurants/features/63216/#ixzz0dsI6q2KP >> >> http://nymag.com/restaurants/features/63216/ >> > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
