Hair Smelling like dirty feet even after washing hair

Saturday was Lincoln's first 23 hour on 1 hr off day. Now when I am taking his

helmet off his hair spelled like sour throwup (my husband said it smelled like

body odor) so we bathed him and washed his head good and left it off for the

hour. We put some hydrocortizone on his forhead cause he had 2 little spots that

looked like the start of heat rash and thats what my hand out said to do for

heat rash but his hair stilled smelled and this morning I took it off for a half

hour tops to check his spots and it smelled all over again and he didnt wake up

as sweaty as normal just a little sweat on one side of his forhead. I cant

change soaps because he has bad ezcema and so we have to use this huggies non

scented hypo allergenic stuff that normally makes him smell great. What can I do

to make him not smell??
