Jaw Movement After Surgery?????

I was wondering what it is like after surgery regarding your jaw

movement. I have an open bite and an overbite and usually no one can

tell that anything is wrong as I compensate by moving my jaw forward

all the time. I am self conscious about it obviously, but I wanted

to know what it feels like after the surgery when everything is as

close to normal that it can be.

Can you move your jaw all over the place like prior to surgery or do

you loose the flexibility?

How does it feel to have your teeth actually together?

What is it like to be able to eat a sandwich without stuff sliding

through your front teeth?

Just wanted to hear some positive stuff about the after surgery

days. I am excited and have waited 20 years to do this!!!! It might

seem silly to ask these questions but I am sure that you all know

where I am coming from.
