hi wanted to make an inquiry as I have seen some recipes on the blog that use

cocoa butter for dessert is legal in the SCD

I use cocoa butter with no problem. It is the fat of the cocoa

bean. I order from ChocolateAlchemy.com Please note that all other chocolate

products, other than cocoa butter, are illegal on the SCD.

Which blog is this?

Chocolate and cocoa are not legal on SCD. However, cocoa butter is the

fat of the cocoa bean, and therefore may be legal in the same fashion

that milk is not legal, but butter (milk fat) is legal, or that corn is

not legal, but corn oil is.
