Goat vs. Cow's Milk yogurt?

Is there a possibility that I could tolerate the Cow's milk yogurt when I seem

to have had an issue with the DCCC? I stopped eating it two days ago and all of

a sudden felt much, much better. I was feeling extremely lethargic and almost

like my legs and arms felt really heavy--also had some bad headaches, I couldn't

think at all & my stomach wasn't feeling the greatest. I also stopped eating

meat at the same time as the DCCC. At first I thought it was the large increase

in meat I was eating causing problems, but I am now thinking it possibly was the

DCCC. Is it possible to have issues with meat?

I've been eating Goat's Milk yogurt but just made up my last batch with Whole

Milk because the Goat's Milk is expensive & the yogurt was pretty runny. I'm

confused about what to do now-- do I try the Cow's milk yogurt and see if the

aches and pains come back (I'm nervous to do this since I finally feel better

after 2-3 weeks of feeling pretty terrible since starting SCD) or should I stick

to Goat's Milk for now? I feel GREAT now--head to toe. I'm also approaching the

end of my 3rd week on SCD so this could possibly just be the end of an

adjustment period or die-off (??) Thanks for any advice!

Cindy
