Guest guest
I think I already know the answer to this one, because there's a lot of processed stuff in protein powder, but I was hoping there was one since I'm trying to stick to liquids and I'm not really getting much protein. Guest guest
You can add legal gelatin to any soup. Just dissolve it in warm water, add it to the hot soup and drink it. It will add some protein. There are no legal supplements to my knowledge. So, what's wrong with take some broth or some legal tomato juice, and tossing it, and some cooked zucchini and a hamburger patty or a cooked chicken breast into the blender?
