TO BAD YOU DIDNT GET IT IN WRITING, I HAD SUCH TROUBLE WITH INSURANCE

I MADE SURE THE OS OFFICE GOT IT IN WRITING!!!!! TRY WORKING WITH THE

OS OFFICE ON THIS, DID THEY VERBALLY GET APPROVAL??? IF SO THEY

SHOULD HAVE NOTES.

I did get a pre-certification in writing that's why I'm wondering

how they can take payment back.

I'm betting they can't, or at the very least if you wanted to fight

it, it will be very difficult for them to do so

As for your surgeons office not having anything in writing from the

insurance company stating they want money back, I'm not sure what

legal ground they have at the moment to not reimburse you your funds.

Perhaps they're waiting for something in writing from your insurance

company??

Does your surgeon have a copy of the letter from the insurance company

stating they were paying for the genio? If not, give them one :)
