Guest guest
I did get a pre-certification in writing that's why I'm wondering how they can take payment back. > > > > > > I went to the OS today and they indicated that the insurance > company > > > accidently paid for the genio when they should not have. Guest guest
I'm betting they can't, or at the very least if you wanted to fight it, it will be very difficult for them to do so As for your surgeons office not having anything in writing from the insurance company stating they want money back, I'm not sure what legal ground they have at the moment to not reimburse you your funds. Perhaps they're waiting for something in writing from your insurance company?? Does your surgeon have a copy of the letter from the insurance company stating they were paying for the genio? If not, give them one > > > > > > > > I went to the OS today and they indicated that the insurance > > company > > > > accidently paid for the genio when they should not have.
