(He has some other good flavors too, with essentially the same ingredients as Larabars have.) Clearly, the bananas in his bars are ripe -- you can tell by the taste, which is obviously very different than barely ripe bananas. I regularly eat Larabars (except the ones with cocoa); they have more than a dozen different kinds. I find them to be a really good, energizing snack that sticks with you a long time. People not very advanced on the diet may not be able to use them, but for me they were a great find -- first mentioned by somebody on this list. (Thanks, whoever you are.) I order them by the boxful. Sam's Club also sells them by the box at a very good price: their mixed-flavors boxes contain three flavors: cherry, cashew and apple. n-- Now available.
