I esp. recommend the STack chocolate, or cocoa-moccachino. I find that taking 5-6 protein shakes a day keeps my appetite under control, and helps keep me away from the carbs. I also eat 2-4 times/day. Small meals, 1-2 oz by volume of dense protein, plus a few veggies or salad. > Hi!
