Hello all Lori Anne the wayward child is still here keeping track on all of

you. A quick update I am now down to 208 pounds a big difference from the 293

I started out with in April of last year and the 274 that I was on the day of

surgery. I am shrinking fast but not so fast that my skin looks bad. I can

eat pretty much anything I want and still keep losing. I stay away from fried

foods though because I just don't like them anymore not because they make me

ill. I have never dumped but I cannot really digest broccoli anymore and I

just don't crave sweets like I used to. I eat small meals and I am so happy

with

it. I have not recommended surgery to anyone but if people ask me (and they

do often) how I am losing weight so fast I tell them. I am a size 18 now and

a very happy one I have a whole new wardrobe and I am back to my high heel

boots and myself again before the baby weight and the out of control eating. I

figure I will be my old size 7-8 by August of this year which will make my one

year mark.

Oh and one more thing for all the ladies out there suffering from cramps I

recommend taking Pamprin extra strength it is aspirin free and believe me girls

it works, it saved my life today whew!! Well, that's all folks God Bless you

all and keep on PUSHING!! I have not worked out one bit yet but I will to tone

up.
