i feel like i could start work on monday, which will be 3 weeks

post-op. every surgery is different though! i had upper and lower and

genio, but recovered faster than normal i think. i have lots of energy

and feel like i could resume my life. i am also 21 so my age is a

factor, as well as my positive attitude.

in the lead up to it, take a multi-vitamin plus iron, vitamin C, and

calcium in large quantities. you need to prep your body with the

vitamins and minerals you'll need desperatley to re-build after

surgery. i think doing this helped me alot too!
