Hi . Well i had my upper jaw widened and moved forward...so it

wasn't really moved " up " as far as i know. my lower jaw was moved

back and widened a bit as well. and had my chin shortened and

brought forward. and about the plate in my chin...is like an x-

shape...it's just one piece...with 4 screws. Thanks for the
