Guest guest
I do take this but not in place of my regular acidolphilus, I take all lot of different ones every now and then as I like to change it up but never take anything with FOS in it. I switch it up but always stick with the yogurt. The S.Boulardi is not for IBS symptoms but does work for travelers D, so can't hurt to add to the mix as a side note. Guest guest
Hi , Yes it was me who said S Boulardii was working well. Hmm, I might have spoken too soon though about it taking away all symptoms. I am feeling better since taking the S Boulardii but am not 100% home free from CD. I also had good results a couple of years ago for a period of several years taking Digestive Advantage, that has S Boulardii also, but then it lost it's effectiveness. Bottom line I feel that S Boulardii really helps I cannot figure out why sometimes it works better than other times
