I am having my surgery March 8 , in Nanaimo British columbia...

I was wondering how tough it is to breathe deeply without getting

panicky with teeth clenched tight ?

Yawning ,That must be impossible ? and what about sneezing ,is that

painful ?

Gettin nervous and just wondering ......
