Maybe someone else can respond because I'd like to know too. My doc moved me up to 75 mg but after 2 months and still bleeding I went back to 50 mg. You can just go off of it without problems. When I had massive die off after starting SCD and had 103 temp. for several days running, my doc just told me to stop the MP6 immediately. Afterwards, he put me on a lower dose. And then at a certain point, I took myself off of the remaining dose. No problems. > > I know steroids have to be tapered but am not sure about immuno-suppresants like 6mp.
