Guest guest
Hi Bob, Just a suggestion - take as much time off as your union allows. You won't regret it. After 10 days I didn't have a lot of energy other than to devote to my healing process (my parents who are in their 70s came to visit and wore me out). 15 miles would be too much. Stairs thrown into that? Insane. I considered myself Superwoman, yet I took 5 weeks off after upper/lower/genio, and I had a great recovery. The insurance company easily approved 6 weeks, but I had to return because of financial reporting committments. A week's worth of 14 hour days did me in, and I had to take 3 days off just to recover (mouth swelled up inside, I got all weak and faint). You really need to baby yourself during this period - I don't mean just sit in bed, but don't push yourself too hard and listen to your body. > > - > Hi thanx for the posts... > The Doc there says I have an ear infection...I am stuffed up as well > but it is not in my throat or chest,...He is bomarding it with a > double dose of anti biotics every 4 hrs and told me to go home to > bed....I really can't believe this is happening...(sp) Coincidentally > this Drs.
