Guest guest
It has been a little over 13 months since my WLS. I've lost about 164 pounds so far, and I've been floating between 160 and 165 for about two months now, so I'm pretty sure that I'm done losing as far as the scale is concerned. I took my measurements about a month and a half ago, and I just measured again this morning. I've actually gained inches in that time! Is this common??? I am religious about working out, and in the past 1.5 months, I've been doing a lot of weight training. Could this be the culprit?? I don't see how I could possibly be eating enough to gain weight, and I haven't actually put on any weight according to the scale, but I thought that weight training was supposed to make you get SMALLER, NOT BIGGER!
