,

I use ground flaxseed in my protein shakes and I also empty my

calcium in the shakes. Neither stay suspended really well, but I have

gotten in the habit of swirling my glass every time before I take a

drink. The keeps it mixed in pretty well. When I get to the end, I

kinda enjoy having a little bit of flaxseed at the bottom to munch on!

I have also mixed it with cottage cheese and oatmeal. It has a nutty

flavor that is good.
