Guest guest
We have to take weight with a grain of salt. I was saying I was on a plateau as I haven't lost any weight in 2 months. But everyone is commenting on how fast I am losing. I'm sure it's because I'm weight training and my body really is shrinking. However, muscle weighs more than fat. My body IS losing fat, and replacing it with muscle. So without losing a single pound, I have lost a lot of fat and have gone down a size. Moral of the stroy: Don't let the scale freak you out. It is only one of many tools and not indicative of success by itself.
