Guest guest Posted June 19, 2003 Report Share Posted June 19, 2003 Hey Jackie I am post almost three years. I have lost 110 and I am at goal for me. I had a hard time loosing too. I eat a lot of meat and veggies. No sweets and limit the starches. Drink at least 8 glasses of water and one glass for every 25 pounds over your goal. Liquid can be water, kool aid, crystal light. Coffee and tea are not good. Drink all you can between meals. It seems strange to be able to drink all this but you can! I love chili and I make it with turkey. Also turkey burgers. I make a soup from cabbage, tomatoess and onion soup mix and it is great to eat anytime you are hungry. No bad calories! Limit your fat intake. I know it is hard but you can do it. I am 52 and I feel great. 250 open 2000 ///143 2003. I also go to Weight Watchers and am now a llifetime member.
