That's odd, because I'd think it would help cut the risk of stroke (as does aspirin, another antiinflammatory med, which I take specifically to prevent heart and stroke problems.)... I do know that it can do bad things to the tummy, and that if one drinks or has liver or kidney troubles it's a good idea to be cautious about taking too much of it.
