Re:CRP & SED Rate Elevated - Need Help.....

Hi ,

I think all this could get her numbers out of whack for awhile. I

once had a good scare when my platelets looked screwy. My doc scared me

to death, sent me to a Hematologist to see if I had dire things going on,

etc etc. It turned out to be nothing more than that I'd gotten the test

taken when I had a cold! All was well a few weeks later when

retested. Why not ask if you can just wait a couple of weeks and

retest, before anything bigger is contemplated? As long as she continues

to feel well, that is.

My question: Can these things (virus, bronchitis, above meds) affect

her CRP and Sed Rate this much two weeks later??? I am beside myself! She

looks great and played lacrosse tonight!! She says she feels great.
