Problem with helmet making a knot on forehead...

Hello everyone, my little guy has had problems with his helmet leaving a knot on

his forehead. the dr. (DOC band specialist w/ Cranial Tech.) has never seen this

happen before, so they took more pics and she ven consulted the owner who said

they may have to re-do the helmet all over again - hope we have to pay though

cuz we're on a grant! Anybody else have problems like this? Thanks!

Is the helmet just rubbing too hard on one spot? That's what we thought it was,

so the dr. shaved it down a bit to add some relief, but it seems to disappear

after we leave it off for awhile. She too is concerned so we only leave it on

for 3 hours at a time - so he doesn't sleep in it yet except for naps - when he

does it leaves a bad read mark, then just yesterday when I came home for lunch

his little sideburns were red (which has never happened before) so I'm wondering

if maybe he moved during the pictures and the wole helmet was made off-set...
