Please don't stop making suggestions because of me. I was just

curious and I thought there was a difference since it was 'K2'.

It's very interesting. The CD meds never gave me a solution to the

'd' and I became/stayed anemic taking them.

I'm open to all ideas. It was during the coumadin year that they said

avoid vitamin K. I still don't knowingly eat a lot of foods or take

anything with it.

I'll read up on it though to see the difference in K1 and K2.
