Amelia,

I'm eating loads of chicken soup w/ carrots and chicken breast, the cheesecake,

lots of yogurt, lots of eggs, and lots of fruit juice in gelatin. I got stuck

on the intro because it took me a few tries to find all the sources of sugar

that had crept in (vanilla extract, chicken boullion), and because I had a

really bad couple of days after introducing a few different foods (Bananas,

beef, pork, applesauce) and I not knowing which food was the problem. At this

point, I'm having a not particularly good day after cutting bananas out, so

really I'm just back on intro all over again. (Frustrating!) I will try some

beef tonight and see if I get a bad reaction or not. I'm hoping to add some

sort of non-chicken meat that doesn't make me feel terrible and then finally try

zucchini. I kind of feel torn between the advice to introduce foods slowly and

the advice to get off of the intro diet after a maximum of 5 days :P
